I’m probably a lot like you. Degree, family, lots of corporate experience, and now working on building out a self sustaining business online. This site is not my core business, rather it is one component of a larger vision. This site has several purposes to amuse, educate, and hopefully promote the various individuals who are escaping the corporate world and building something more fulfilling for themselves and their families. All stories are reviewed prior to posting and may be edited for suitability.
Am I an escapee? Not quite yet, so this partially personal motivation on my part. I escaped for awhile back in the mid 90s but ended back up in corporate America. But I have my nail file, and the support of an eclectic group of people on both sides of the wall. Part of the fun is the journey.
